After the long wait, there will be an outcome from the Digecor litigation....

No one knows how the judge will rule....

Favorable??? hopefully...many items lead us to believe this is the case....

Unfavorable???? Closure....In the judge's hands...

Appeal if favorable???? Pain in the butt and drags this out longer than needed...

Adding addition time and resources to eDig's day to day business...

It appears on the surface that eDigital is waiting for this outcome to ramp up new business and shareholder information..Of course, this is pure speculation on our part...Only management can give us future company plans.

I agree with others that waiting for Samsung outcome in 2010 cannot be the next revenue source. It will only deplete the money received to date..Based on RP's speak, there are other sources in the pipeline, but we all are way to familiar with the expected,we believe, anticipated shareholder info...

The next 2 months will reveal alot about the future direction of the company and it will be not be up for interpretation. It will be know facts to all directly from the company.(i.e. trial outcome, $$ revenue $$) These 2 things are a given...
