Would you want to release the news of new law suits after the cloud of digecor is gone or before?

My guess is that, regardless of the digecor outcome tomorrow, EDIG would not like anything to distract from the news of the new lP litigation and the release of record revenues and profits.

I'm guessing they want the big guy in their rear view mirror standing in a cloud of dust when they announce new business developments.
