"...In fact, RP glibly states "DM is in charge of this strategy." Is that supposed to mean EDIG is in the dark with their fingers crossed waiting on DM to say or do something? I doubt it seriously..."

What would you have RP do, release strategy to those whom we intend to sue? As an attorney doesn't strategy have to be a fluid thing occasionally?

"I would hope that EDIG is a little more forthcoming about their "aggressive sales efforts into health care, IFE, etc." in their next release of info. If they aren't, and just state that they have a record quarter based on litigation, and they are working hard to achieve the potential of their aggressive sales efforts (reminds me of my reps telling me they "had a great meeting")"

They've been forthcoming with what they are in the process of doing and the direction we are heading, but once again what would you have them do, release specific information to competitors? What companies release specifics about their intentions that could be taken advantage of by competitors prior to reaching their intended goal?

"When shareholders attempt to pierce the veil a little and gain some transparency, or even discuss it, they are ridiculed by other shareholders..."

How is repeating the exact same questions and criticisms of management in any way an attempt to pierce the veil?

"...If people knew the backgrounds of some of those who have asked these questions and how they understand the business world perhaps they would have a slightly different attitude..."

While I see the almost constant criticism from those who apparently have professional backgrounds, I have yet to see a constructive suggestion on how we the shareholders can get this company to perform (with information to shareholders & correct business plan) in the manner which they claim it should be.

"To a large part this board does not exist to exchange or obtain information; it exists in order for some shareholders to find somewhat ingenious ways of talking about everything except the elephant in the room and to justify their "belief and faith" in the company. PPS doesn't grow based on belief and faith."

I come to this board for the "only other information" available beyond the company. This information comes from a variety of contributers, it includes speculation, opinions and educated guesses. If those who are here are aware of our current position it hardly qualifies for the saying of having an elephant in the room. Although we have members who's posts are nearly always positive, I can't think of one who's faith is so strong that they believe blindly.

Bill nobody knows everything. One thing I do know, your position that a company must...

"...be able to set and surpass revenue expectations on a regular, ongoing basis in order to generate interest in buying, therefore raising the PPS and volume."

because I read the same thing from you so often it feels like every day.
