Regardless the arguments for or against Edig, the question is whether the management Knew better than getting into such an agreement. Did they consult any attorney in regartd to trade restrictions they accepted? Does this inspire confidence concerning their competence? This dispute has already cost a great deal of treasure and if it goes to trial it cost even more. My estimate is that this cost amounts to or it will amount to hundred of thousnands of dollars. Is this the way they plan to utilize the IP revenues? And how about the time the whole team has to devote to this silly adventure?
