No comments of opinion regarding law during this process.....it's a matter solely for the court to decide, where @ eventual trial, counsel is then allowed to inject sitings of law and opinion regarding what is left to decide?

Including the challange of what a court ruled on prior, noting law that might have been over looked during the courts findings?
