What this means, (and we have known it for quite sometime), it is a "DRAG" on any efforts to market eVU to anyone until the digecor cases has ended. No one wants to be dragged into the law suit, and EDIG has decided they just as soon wait till the death knell of digecor case has sounded. They simply do not see any reason to add to their marketing effort a prolix explanation that BOW has lost on all issues and does not represent any threat to calling the prospective customer into Court as witness or otherwise...
