It's good to note that DM appears to have above average financial performance and good internal / external dynamics to be "growing" in these times.

Ranking and recognition
In 2008, The American Lawyer magazine listed Duane Morris as the 71st largest law firm in the United States based on revenue for fiscal year 2007[3] and as the 89th largest law firm in the world based on revenue for fiscal year 2007.[4] In 2008, the National Law Journal ranked Duane Morris as the 67th largest law firm in the U.S., based on attorney head count.
In 2007, Duane Morris was named one of the 20 best companies for working women by Philadelphia Magazine[5] and one of the top 50 law firms for women by Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers LLC, a national consulting firm focused on the retention and advancement of women.
Growth
Under the ten-year leadership of Chairman Sheldon Bonovitz from early 1998 to early 2008, Duane Morris grew from a little more than 200 lawyers in 1998 to more than 650 now. Revenues increased from $70 million to $375 million for 2007. [9] Bonovitz stepped down at the beginning of January 2008, replaced by former Vice Chairman John J. Soroko.

"And also, let me point out AGAIN, that it is irrelevant to every person in this stock how well or how poorly DM is doing as a company. The only relevant criterion is how the lawyers assigned to EDIG are doing."
This is merely your opinion, which I respectfully disagree with. You are entitled to express your opinion, I was simply pointing out that you have expressed your opinion in the exact same manner each time...
