No Dinkie, the case will be a yawner IMO due to EDIG winning most of the summary judgments and certainly winning the important issues. Based on the evidence, the judge is definitely leaning on the side of EDIG. I know that just bugs the heck out of you but it's true. Just the formality of going through the trial left and then EDIG can put this chapter to bed.
