If there is no settlement and we go to trial in Utah in early May, we still won't have any news quickly. A judge is going to hear it and he probably won't rule on it for at least a month or more. Unless there is some kind of finding that e.Digital is right and Digicor is wrong, there'll be no news for some time. That's why I said last week that it seemed to me, that we'd drift down on low volume for the next month or so. I hope someone can effectively argue against my point. ORY
