Message: Re: Boeing Awarded $28.3M In Patent Case Against NASA

A federal judge has ordered NASA to pay the Boeing Co. a total of $28.3 million, including $11.3 million in interest, after concluding that techniques used in constructing the space shuttle infringed a single Boeing patent for a process to reduce aircraft weight.

That is why we need to go to court and go thru makman first then Trial by Jury, One patent and they got $17 mil plus $11 mil in interest we have five patents and what we got is $1.6 , $1.65 and $2.0 from the first three infringers as we know it.

I know we are not Boeing and we needed the cash, hopefully now we have some cash and the next set of infringers will bring us bigger and better settlements, amounts that are really worthy of all the longs that stood and still stands for edig and its technology.

What is breaking our back is the lack of cash, and the digEgor suit, hopefully the May 4th trial date will put an end for our pending lawsuit and cash will start flowing freely when the new Infringers will be named and settles faster than a speeding bullet to avoid lengthy trials and costly lawyers fees.

All of us are patiently waiting to hear the good news ( the New Elite Worthy of Sueing) hopefully the list will be declared soon.

Until then best wishes to all
