whose memory format is the micro controller controlling?.....lol

What memory makers of NAND or NOR have placed this type micro controller.... memory format concept directly on the removable memory? I don't care how sophisticated or unsophisticated the format, it's an infringement. I'm back on the frigging dark side of the Samsung issue again.....lol
