Samsung To License Digital Rights Mgt. Technology

Law360, New York (April 15, 2009) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has signed a patent licensing agreement with technology company Intertrust Technologies, granting the Korean electronics company a worldwide license to use Intertrust patents covering digital rights management technology.
