This board has absolutely no control over a potential buyout, unless the few who post on this board own more than 75 million shares.
Even with the few shares that the edig crew owns, it would not matter.
I think it is a mute subject, but if the company was offered x dollars per share and the majority shares voted for the buyout, then there is nothing anyone here could do. They may want to go for a lawsuit, based on future profit expectations, but that I don`t think would fly.
Right now, no one wants to buy this company anyway. Maybe if we show some good profits and the real potential comes to light, then one of the biggies may show an interest.
