Seems like we need more than a quarter to quarter profit and the most profitable fiscal year.

The market perhaps wants to see a major trial win or a substantial dollar settlement, maybe 50 million or more before they begin to make some major buys.

I doubt the digecor final resolution will have any real impact, it's pretty small compared to the 184+ lawsuits and the 6 settled so far and the profits achieved to date.
