I agree. I do think the end of the trial (or prior settlement) will allow Fred and gang some additional time. resources, and better will to get an IFE deal done should one be on the table waiting for closure sans appeal process.

Non-IFE deals are unknown, but my guess we all are hoping some update will come on this subject. It has been a while since our last sale, so my guess is they have irons in the fire. Who, What, and How Much are probably going to go unanswered until a deal is done, shipped, and PR approved by the buyer. That's fine with me, just show me the money.

A large settlement might do the trick for jump start, but it looks like Wall Street wants to see more EDIG positive Q reports. I believe we'll see just that with the June filings, but this is based on settlements larger than previously reported per company statements. Obviously, EDIG will have additional legal expense but they seem to be running rather lean and mean these days. We'll see.
