I'm thinking digEcor has got to be squirming more than a little bit, as regards their exposure to EDIG's claims of defamation and tortious interference.

Things didn't seem to go totally their way in the Courts rulings on the summary judgement issues, and it seemed to me they may be looking at paying monetary damages to EDIG, for actions BOW took to interfere with EDIG's business.

Anybody else think so?
