Why can`t Wencor buy what they want and sell off the rest to someone else? By a historic house for one million, sell off the light fixtures for one million( most didn`t know they were worth that much, but the buyer did ) and get the house for free. I`ve seen it done. Of course the historical society enacted a law so it won`t happen again, and they got someone to buy the fixtures back. However, the house still only cost the buyer zero. Shareholders should be active before the fixtures are sold off and even before the house is sold. Shares in strong hands is what it takes IMO.
