Is Sandisk is a major infringer?

To me, Sankisk seems to be a major infringer with all the flash based portable video players they have including this one I personally own.

I load AVI (DIVX) files to the USB flash drive and then connect the flash drive to a docking stationg. Then with the remote control I paly the files on my TV.

You can only use the flash drive that comes with the player. Seems the player is embeded in the flash drive.
