Docs 331/332 are noteworthy but I'm more interested in how EDIG will respond to the claims in Doc 330. I imagine they'll reply to that within a few days?

We are definitely getting down to the wire on this one - lots of last-minute activity and positioning going on it would appear. If digEcor wants to appeal the decision at trial, they essentially have to ask a judge, is that correct? In other words, they would need to have grounds for appeal - they can't just appeal because they feel like it?
