Now that's the kind of victory we need and (openness) to boot. Samsung to pay Spansion 70 million, no guess work required, the way things should be for a PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY. How come we get 1.6 mil and ?????? while Spansion gets 70 mil, ( their patents worth more) or ( ours worth less) ?

I say we need to fight Samsung to the bitter end and NOT allow them to settle early for peanuts. We are convinced that our patents are funddamental to flash memory so lets not settle on the cheap anymore, unless Samsung, wants to give us 70 mil.

They want a fight lets give them one. I am as aware, as the rest of you, that we are about to register the best year of our existence and we look forward to the future with great anticapation. I am also aware that we are also very upset when we look to the right and see .155 for a stock quote.

Lets draw a line in the sand and carry this dispute to the END on way or the other, if we get validation from a court then looking at .155 would change to $15.5 in a hurry. HERE'S HOPING & GLTA
