Let’s present the real facts as to the share price over a 2 year time frame and show when the 7 DM lawsuits were filed, excluding the initial Vivitar suit, and the 6 settlements to date. It shows that the price has remained basically unchanged, while the volume has decreased during the six settlements.
It clearly shows that additional positive results are needed for the market to react to the recent successes. We need a couple additional quarterly reports to show an improvement in earnings along with a more aggressive management attitude in making the investment community aware of our future strategies and goals.
It becomes essential that DM initiates new filings to allow for a continued quarterly growth. Producing a large settlement by trial or otherwise from a major corporation would enhance the possibility of bringing in new investors, and as a result an opportunity for a significant price improvement..
