Overall, I think that all of the decisions that have come out of the court so far have put e.Digital in a slightly advantageous position for the upcoming trial.
To this point, I believe that more of Digecor motions have been denied than went against e.Digital.
A good sign I think, and reason to be positive as to the eventual outcome.
