The key IMO would be to find the first video camcorders with audio or any other audio/video handheld thinga-magiggy... I know Casio had a digital camera with a viewer screen on it in 1995 but have not seen anthing showing it had audio; saw it on Modern Marvels. lol

Or any handheld video player prior to 4-19-04 when our 774 patent was applied for, i think. if 445 would be 1996.
