Thanks for your synopsis..., I'm still not able to load fully the box.net site....not just your account, but my own account. I've pretty much done all the essential house cleaning...still I get bupkis...lol

The site comes up, however, it will not bring up the PDF file listings, I get feed back "error on page" messages from the site....as the page continuously executes in trying to pull the file list in.

Guess I'll have to contact them directly next.
