Very good point...We know about the 180+ infringers, but the next year will be void of any settlement $$'s without filing any new suits.....

Marksman hearing scheduled Feb 2010...If Samsung takes it to the date and DM is waiting for the result to file new suits, it will be dependent on product revenue to generate $$'s...Not a great prospect at this point....Although it would be nice to hear some progress(actual orders) in this area...
