I'm catching up on yesterdays posts and I don't understand this one. Would you run through this one more time.

1) Do you see Apple as a target of our infringement suits?

2) Is this a strong yes, or just a maybe?

3) Where would the infringement be found?

I remember waithing in line at the MGM arean waiting to get in to hear Bill Gates at the Comdex or CES one year and arguing with some guys about MPG3 players--I was touting ours. The answer was explicit--if Apple decides to get into this application, they will out-market everyone. Apple did just that!
