Since Duane Morris is handling our IP monetization efforts on a full contingency basis, they determine the number of defendants and the timing of when suits are filed. We remain confident that we will prevail in the digEcor litigation. Our Form 10-K (which will contain our annual audited financial statements) is due in late June. We’re working with our independent auditors to complete and release our financials results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009 much earlier than the due date.
