Gil...you are an extremely bright person that I really look to for legal knowledge and I am surprised you are getting caught up with Mguru...You are much better then that...We have a great team that doesn't always agree, but the point here is constructively criticize views and find our strong points, but more importantly our weak points.

Because we have dissagreed at times, it doesn't make me like you any less...the only people who I can't stand on here are people who insult or put down other people...the people who think they are the smartest are usually not...

Just wanted to share my view Gil that I really wish you would stay and appreciate your posts, as I do LL's...I like both sides of the fence...A one sided view is weak and will get you no where...
