When I get home tonight, I'll check the docket schedule for the digEcor case but don't remember anything for the 23rd. I'm hoping to see a motion for a stay soon indicating a settlement is pending. Since the judge slammed the door on digEcor with his recent rulings, let's hope BOW sees the light and ends this farce quickly. If not, we only have 6 weeks until the bench trial [judge only], which should go badly for digEcor.
