Many have expected and posted another "20 by 3/31" based on good info etc, and that's still possible, but I'm in a wait and see mode on that one. I have posted this to be a reality too, but what do I know??

The timing, be it Mar, Apr...whatever, is not as important to me, as it just happening, which it will, when it should.

We EDIG folks have "learned" to be patient, and then some.
