I`ll add that the supposed re-order of 3,600 from AlaskaAir either didn`t happen, or that based on their original contract with APS, there is no up front payment required (or a much smaller percentage).
I`m thinking that some pulled their shares off the table today simply because it appears that very-near-term expectations won`t appear to be met (i.e., there`s plenty of time to jump back in later, so why not play in another sandbox for awhile?).
Things really haven`t changed much from yesterday, except maybe some timelines. The personnel moves are a yawn IMO, though some may consider them a negative.
