98, that's what I thought, as far a the PPS at close, but someone remembered a sale that went thru at .02 then it quickly went back up to .08. I don't remember this happening but another did post this.
Regardless, the all time closing low that I recall is .06 10 years ago.
The report seems very favorable overall though...OUTPERFORM.
