It's inexplicable as to why the share price is static considering the events over the last few days. This includes a high percent of favorable rulings with respect to the digecor lawsuit and another settlement was announced with only a single company remaining of the seven suits filed.

First, who would choose to sell at the current levels with any knowledge of what has transpired over the last 6 months. As well, why would you sell with 6 actual patent settlements resolved in our favor and another 100-200 potential lawsuit filings on the horizon?

At present it's obvious that the market/investment community has little awareness of our company and the recent successes or we would have seen a greater uptrend in the price. It is possible that outside investment will materialize after a few more quarters of profitability are achieved.

It may be that the market is waiting for a favorable settlement from one of the principal infringers resulting in an amount in the range of 50+ million dollars. In this case it would warrant the naming of the company enhancing the intrinsic value of the settlement.

We need to use every means to implement appropriate strategies to initiate an upward trend, which may mean that our management along with DM begins to name the suitors and when appropriate the dollar amounts.

Perhaps we will see this come to fruition in late June after the fiscal year data is communicated and hopefully company guidance for the ensuing fiscal year.
