Good post. Yes indeed, e.Digital will have to make a public statement about this at some point... probably after the hearing scheduled for March 23rd, or maybe following settlement if one is forthcoming, and possibly after trial if there is one (which I don’t think there will be).

We’ve seen signs here of past investors taking a fresh look at the stock again given recent news of IP settlements and a first-time net profit for the company. Those already familiar with the EDIG story should be the first to jump back in now that risk has been reduced and we’re looking to very likely match or exceed last quarter’s performance. Some may jump in now that the digEcor issue has been mostly decided and others may wait for the next round of infringers to be announced.

Future public statements should get more traction in the market I think and the share price should respond more favorably as information starts flowing. New investors are key to volume and share price - and building revenue (profit), reducing risk, and increasing awareness are the keys to new investors. I think the biggest near-term impact will come from the announcement of more filings against new infringers - which could literally happen any day now completely without warning... or it could still be a few more months yet. But it WILL happen.

For now, I’m totally content to just sit back and take events as they come... secure in the knowledge that my money is exactly where it should be at this time. And how many people can say THAT?!!
