In as much as we would all love to see DM file another group before the end of the month, with all due respect, that is not what RP is quoted as saying in the Mar 5th PR.

"We expect further legal and licensing activity this quarter, and in our next fiscal year commencing April 1, 2009."

This could mean more settlements/cross licensing agreements reached before Mar 31, and it could also mean same, plus another round of thieves filed upon. Whether DM files against another group, say 20 even as reported by others, if it happens after Mar 31, that's fine too.

More suits are coming, we all know that, but the actual timing we do not. No offense intended to anyone, but the PR did not say more law suits, yet we could assume.....which is fine too.
