I'm not going to touch this without first knowing who we are going after and for how much I personally don't think our patents are that hard to determine who is a copy cat and who is not.Will we see some appeals ...probably But let's not assume we will drag one out 10 years without all of the facts We have seen 6 settlements in a year which is pretty d*&^ amazing IMO.remember "low hanging fruit" .....I think we have just begun to start picking the fruit with many more to come before we go to tier 2....
