I am hoping you are right. Although I am told that DM makes that call, not EDIG, but I would have to think they consult with each other regarding what is best for a positive outcome for the company.

We are at the one year mark since the magnificent 7 were announced.

I am hoping for news of new infringers this month....they seem to be waiting for the SAMSUNG case to conclude. DM has a cash cow with EDIG and this has been a slam dunk for them...and in this economy that is saying a lot.

Let's hope we see a pacer filing with SAMSUNG in the next couple of weeks.
