I'm not quite worried yet. The model looks to kick in during quarters 2,3 and 4.

It's about growth year over year.

If SAMSUNG gets pushed out to Q1 fiscal 2010 and the new infringers start in the following quarters we will be better than fine.

Look at last year for example....nothing happening going into the shareholders meeting....and 5 months later we are looking at the biggest year in EDIG history, both top and bottom lines !!!

If we, as long term investors, don't grasp that, how do we expect new money to see this as a bargain right now? We know there are a lot more infringers waiting in the wings and EDIG has delivered this past year with expectations for more of the same.

Again we are in that position of being before the fact (of the next round).

I agree with you that they need to deliver with more infringers and I have all the confidence that is their plan.
