I also own other otc stocks and like you have expierenced the same dilemma with that other comp(p)any. As far as a theory is concerned I really don't have one based on anytyhing but what, I think, I know about this company. The only conclusion that I can live with is the fact that the MMs are holding it back, what else makes CENTS. They must be accumulating the cents to turn them, into big bucks, shortly, at least thats a plausible premise. I wish I could give you a more concrete explanation but I do strongly believe we will shatter that .20 barrier very soon and be off to the races.
