As usual with RP's statements, you can read this any way you want to. "We expect .... activity" could mean anything from; DM is writing a letter, to DM is filing lawsuits and finalizing settlements.

What we know is that this "activity" has been taking place and continues to take place, and we know that DM is doing more than writing letters. Also legal activity is one thing, but licensing activity is more specific relating to a specific goal oriented task.

RP can be as ambiguous as he wants - we know what to expect, especially now that RP's PR's are substantiated by results.
