If they already know in advance of what they will be bringing to the market in the form of deals and the spin off is merely a part of the APS/WENCOR structure, and the principals hold the lion`s share, THEN the release news of new business would put them into a terrific position to sell into the good news or continue to grow the business beyond the scope of a privately owned company.

It`s just another investment tool for them to further leverage and grow their committment into IFE.

It certainly is an explanation for some of our questions of late....anyway, just some thoughts stimulated by a previous post.(certainly something that can be distorted and blown out of proportion for the RB losers-lol)

(somewhat OT) Watch for an IPO possibly next year for a new data storage technology that might just turn that industry on its ear...before they book major sales...the introduction dinner was a who`s who of major players...and the entity bringing it to market certainly doesn`t need the dough.
