Message: Does this say EDIG? See bolded...

That is a great find. It seems to be a variation on the, as Nanully put it, "if they are using a flash card, I pull it out and their product does not work, then they are infringing"

They claim the following:...

"...is its VueStor solid-state storage subsystem, a fully integrated shared storage solution built directly into the chassis. Based on Flash Memory technology, VueStor has no moving parts, resulting in an energy efficient storage solution that offers significantly higher streaming performance when compared to hard disk drives or conventional Solid State Drives (SSDs)."

The Buzz words that need interpretation are the following, and Doni needs to chime in here...

However, as you note, they are using "FLASH MEMORY TECHNOLOGY", to operate their "...fully integrated technology into the chasis", which gives higher streaming performance when "...compared to hard disk drives or conventional Solid State Drives (SSDs)."

They seem to contending that their FLASH TECHNOLOGY is directly built into the chasis. That raises some interesting questions:...

(1) Does that make it "different" than using Flash Technology in conjunction with SSD Flash cards in cameras, cell phones, etc?

(2) What is this "FLASH TECHNOLOGY" they are using? Is it a constellation of chips they bought from Intel incor[porating EDIG tech in PLATFORMA they sold to them? Or did they have a patent for their FLASH TECH. which they file for after EDIG patents were issued, citing EDIG as Prior Art, like Apple did?...
