Nice post.
There are so many positives here that it is hard to tell what exactly is the driving issue. I think you are on target regarding the next round of infringers and the net effect. But I also think the annual numbers are not yet factored into the pps.
The three settlements in a week did a lot to drive and sustain the pps at the 52 week high. It added to the growing confidence that this business model is for real and not a fluke. DM going 6 for 6 in less than a year was beyond what most expected. The numbers are still unknown. Conservative estimates will still yield profitability and that has to be worth .20-.25 or more, imo...but any surprise with the settlement numbers could have even more impact.
Even Fred resurrecting eVU sales might be a wild card that hasn't been considered as well. But I sure like the success of the IP model to date.
All these good things happening simultaneously and the disappearance of the dark cloud and EDIG could be reaching levels we have not seen in years.
Also, EDIG could easily eliminate all debt, which is around $853K, and shore up that balance sheet for the next fiscal year.
5 weeks for a lot of developments to surface....good times in EDIG-land.
