As outlined by PAT NUNNALY in shareholder meeting they had ongoing discussion

with infringers several times in a month ,may be by now between 5 to 10 in a

month. I believe there are lots of discussions between DM and infringers just

thru direct negotiation as talking behind the door ,when they reached the

settlement we are going to hear from them.Obviously there are others that will

be announced thru court filings. if you remember the "P" company only filed

handful of litigation ,the majority settled thru direct negotiation. JMHO
