Snapping EDIG up for a song has passed through my mind recently, but again, is purely speculation for those who are purposely hard of hearing. The conclusion I am drawing for ``purely speculative`` purposes may be way off base, but batting it around is interesting and beats the dilution speculation comments of the past couple of days.

Up to 5% of the company or just over 8 million shares can be acquired without any formal notification being required.

Any entity wanting to structure a take over certainly would want it hush-hush during this period and would like to see a news blackout to keep the PPS down in order to establish as much of the early position as low as possible.

If indeed they have substantial orders for future IFE undertakings, getting EDIG prior to any formal announcements of deals certainly makes sense...and if not a take-over, perhaps some substantial ownership.

Again, we are talking just for fun to pass the time until EDIG gives us a clearly direction of where things are headed.
