Nice post....Too bad I am not more conversant in legal matters..... A post I recently made told of my confusion on the non-compete claus....You expalined pretty well so that even I could make some sense of it but certain language in clause 6 still leaves me with a lack of understanding
Namely "manufacturing and/or selling like or similar components"
A judge ruled the eVu WAS NOT A SIMILAR COMPONENT, PRODUCT...ETC....
So if a judge in a legal ruling said that just how in the heck can EDig be in violation of the Non-Compete claus?
