I agree, if they are infringing, and I think they are, then they are on the list. I'm not sure if the past comes into play as a rsult of the Vivitar bankruptcy.
However, at this point in time, I would think they will name a number of new lawsuits that are bigger fish and put Vivitar farther down of the list.
