Vivitar has filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They have an estimated 50-99 creditors, $100K to $500K in assets, and a whopping $100M to $500M in liabilities. Furthermore they estimate that after any exempt property is excluded and administrative expenses paid, there will be no funds available for distribution to unsecured creditors.
No sweat, still 200 defendants to go...next!
