I remain perplexed by the comments made by AGORA, labling it (ARBITRARY), "HITLER" APPRAOCH, ect...
FIRST:
You don't call AGORA like Hitler and expect to have them head your requests...
You are not paying customers for service here, and are in no postion to make demands on AGORA...
SECOND:
Disecting AGORA'S posts in bits and peaces, and than attacking each part as though other points made in the post were not germane to the whole of the message, is the height of sophistry and merely stokes the forces of dissention which brought us to this point in the first place...
I am posting AGOR'S two posts in tandum and ask all of you to re-read them. See if you get the same message as I do which is LL was banned for being a disrutive force on this forum, and not because he preached a certain point of view. If you don't see it that way, or you have questions about it, foloow AGORA'S recommendation to communicate with them on the issue, and let this form remain for discussing matters relating to EDIG.

Good Afternoon everyone.
Thank you for your patience. We want you to take note of a couple of things regarding LawerLong:
As stated in our previous message, our main priority here is to help you build a community for investors and shareholders. Our mandate is not to ban anyone. However if you scroll back to the posts begining on Friday, it seems that you were more concerned with one particular poster than anything else.
We have seen such examples of posters in the past; where the direction of the discussion is taken from News, company developments or financials to anything but.
If you feel that is healthy discussion then we will gladly restore LawyerLong and his aliases.
Again we don't feel comfortable applying the ban hammer and wish we never had to; but if one name in particular keeps coming up in to our "complaint department" we were put into a position where we simply had to react the way we did.
We are very willing to discuss this further situation with anyone who wishes to do so. Out of respect for everyone, we do ask you to submit your comments using our general inquiry box found here.
Thanks again for your understanding.
Kind Regards,
AGORACOM
AGORA'S POST (II)
Good Afternoon to you all.
Following repeating complaints towards the poster Lawyerlong, we were put in a situation where either we let everyone work it out themselves, or we suspend the poster LawyerLong.
Since you were not able to sort out your difference, as of Saturday February 14th, the account was suspended.
We appreciate discerning opinions as long as they are eloquently positioned. Now we are sure that this clash of opinions for the vast majority of times will lead to debate from which some sort of conclusion will arise.
However as you are aware sometimes there are posters who constantly disrupt a community’s discourse; or who use obscenities in their posts on more than one occasions, or in an instance where we have had several complaints about them we would remove that poster privileges.
Please bear in mind that AGORACOM must react to any and every situation of relevance or reviewing a violation; and in an attempt to keep our community clean our admins try their hardest not to side or show any inclination of favoritism when tackling any issue. By not reacting we are guilty of apathy. By reacting we run the risk of all sorts of labels. However we firmly believe that we have achieved a balance between these sides.
Our goal is not to ban any member; in fact our track record shows that we have spent thousands of dollars on improving this boards rank in Google, both through paid searches and not. We want this community to grow just as much as you do.
With that said moving forward please consider other participants opinions with the same amount of respect you demand from your own. We are terribly sorry about the fuss that has erupted on this forum board over the past few days, and would like to see the forum resume to its normal dealings as soon as you can resolve your own internal differences.
We would like to thank you all again for your patience and especially those who have kept a cool head and a balanced opinion throughout this predicament and we sincerely hope we are not put into such a position again.
Kind Regards,
AGORACOM
