Most of us thought the total revenue include only CASIO portion but we overlooked for account receivable. Even thought we got something close to LG settlement for CASIO , we should realize that the "P" company received something close to $850,000 .So still not that bad . I expected the amount of settlement for NIKON will be close to $3 -4 million. Is it possible in this very difficult economic situation DM has been lowered its expected settlement amount and for the next round of infringers that include audio and video they will challlenge for higher amount ,I am talking companies like SONY , NOKIA , CANON and etc.

I still believe positive outcome from DIGECOR has important effect on surge of share price or at least its baseline stability .( MY conversation with RP several weeks ago he was also in aggreement the effect of DIGECOR decision on share price and its stability)
